Domaine du Haut Perron Sauvignon Touraine is an award winning expression from Guy Allion with grapes sourced from the clay-siliceous hillsides on the right bank of the Cher, known as Per-ruches. Initial aromas of green apples, citrus fruits and white flowers (blackcurrant bud) develop after aeration with slight vegetal hints and notes of boxwood. The palate is lively, fresh and expressive, finely balanced with citrus and vegetal flavours to the fore.
