The Hiruzta project was launched by the Rekalde Family, with the aim of restoring the tradition of Txakoli production in Hondarribia. Located in the foothills of Jaizkibel mountain, just 500 metres away from the Cantabric Sea, the salty sea breeze influence is one of the main characteristics that can be appreciated in the Hiruzta Txakoli. Rich aromas of crisp apples, grapefruit and pear are enhanced by a subtle, refreshing spritz. Balanced and fresh with a well integrated crisp acidity, mineral and saline notes through to long mouthwatering finish.
