The Klet Brda Quercus Pinot Grigio is made from carefully selected hand-picked grapes that are grown in the Brda wine region of Slovenia. Fermented in stainless stell to retain the aromatic freshness of the grape the wine is matured for 6 months 'sur lie'. The resulting Quercus Pinot Grigio is straw yellow in colour with a soft shade of pink. On the nose there are aromas of fresh grapefruit, peach, apricot, pineapple and cinnamon.
