Rimapere is a very defined Sauvignon Blanc with tremendous concentration. It delivers pronounced aromatics of lemon peel, sage, ripe lemon, passion fruit, grapefruit, pine needles and steely minerality. The palate despite being vibrant and fresh, has a rich texture.
